Healing the Self

We have the capacity to heal ourselves. We have to let go of our fear and anger.

POSTURE
Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight

EYES
Eyes are closed and focused on the brow point (3rd eye)

MOVING MUDRA
Cross your arms over your heart center and place your hands on your shoulders. The left arm is over the right arm. Feel the weight on your shoulders. 

MANTRA
Chant in monotone the mantra “Ang Sang Wahe Guru” with the tip of your tongue. This mantra connects you to the loving energy of the Infinite source of everything and the same which is within us. This vibration connects us to the healing energy.  

TO END
Inhale and exhale deeply … and relax.

TIME
3, 7, 11, 22, 31 min. daily practice for full effect.
