POSTURE
Sitting on the floor or a chair with the spine straight


EYES
Eyes closed and focused on the brow point for concentration and focus


MUDRA
Hands are together (like prayer pose) with middle (saturn) finger crossed over with right finger over left. The other fingers straight. Hands are about 60 degress from the diaphragm and elbows relaxed at your side. The thumbs are extended out towards your body.


MANTRA
Chant: “Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Wahe, Guru,” on one breath completely in monotone. Pull in the “wahe guru” slightly at the end.

This mantra focuses on your true identity, your authentic self so that you can shine and shift your life.

Inhale and exhale deeply…and relax.

3, 7, 11, 22, 31 min. daily practice for full effect.
